Hi, I'm Courtney.

I’m a Leadership Coach and Visionary Strategist, deeply passionate about helping leaders and teams align with their deepest values and create impactful change. My work revolves around empowering individuals and organizations to step into their fullest potential with clarity, compassion, and a rock-solid strategy for long-term success.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with organizations big and small, guiding founders, entrepreneurs, and teams to unlock their true power, redefine their vision, and transform their cultures. When I’m not coaching or strategizing, you’ll find me outdoors, adventuring with my two boys, learning something new, or savouring good food with a side of mountain views. 🏞️

MY STORY

Courtney is a life-long learner and is wildly passionate about authentic connection. She has a bachelors degree in Business Management from Santa Clara University and is a trained professional Co-Active® coach and a certified practitioner for Insights® Discovery. She uses the theory, framework and methods from the Co-Active® training institute to be a trusted coach, advisor and sounding board to Directors, VPs, entrepreneurs, creatives, educators and business owners around the globeCourtney’s dream is to build supportive communities, connect leaders with the essence of their being and inspire transformation. She specializes in amplifying the voices and needs of women in communities and business around the world.

Courtney is based in British Columbia, Canada where she lives with her husband, two sons and dog Moose. She loves yoga, hiking near glaciers, backpack amongst the ancient cedars, skiing in the white capped mountains and camping under the stars.

I am a certified Insights Discovery Learning Practitioner, with over 7 years experience facilitating to teams across organizations. The focus of Insights Discovery work is improving communication, team effectiveness, harmony and connection on a team.
